Billing, explained.
How does the 7-day trial work?
You get full access to your plan for 7 days. A card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until day 7 - cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged at all.
Can I change plans later?
Yes - upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Downgrades keep your existing channels chat-able; you just can't add new videos beyond your new plan's cap until you upgrade again.
What happens if I go over my plan's channel or video limit?
You can keep adding channels past your cap, but processing new videos pauses until you upgrade or remove one. Anything already processed keeps working exactly as before.
Do you offer refunds?
Charges are monthly and non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period - no partial charges either way.
Is my card charged automatically after the trial?
Yes, at the plan price you selected, unless you cancel before day 7 from Settings → Billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
