Billing, explained.
Is there a free plan?
Yes - chat with any channel already in the curated catalog, up to 30 messages a month, no card required. Upgrade to a paid plan for more messages, more room for projects and files, and the ability to request new channels for the library.
Can I change plans later?
Yes - upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Every chat and project you've already started keeps working exactly as it does today; downgrading only changes your monthly message allowance and project-file room going forward.
How do I get a new creator added to the library?
Send a request from any paid plan - tell us the channel, and once it's approved and read, it's ready for you (and everyone else) to ask.
Do you offer refunds?
Charges are monthly and non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period - no partial charges either way.
When am I charged?
Paid plans are charged immediately at checkout, then monthly on the same date, at the plan price you selected, until you cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
